There is plenty of counter space and workspace, allowing a half dozen people to work comfortably. An icemaker and built-in refrigerator/freezer complete the area.
Adjacent to the Main Kitchen is additional preparation and staging space. The Catering Kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator/freezer, two drawer warmer, a full sink, a commercial icemaker and lots of counter space.
